2026 is another major milestone for Precision Automation® as we celebrate 80 years in business. This achievement reflects decades of dedication to delivering automation solutions that drive efficiency and accelerate productivity. As we honor our past, we’re also looking ahead to an exciting future filled with new opportunities.
A Quick Flashback
In 1946, Fred Rexon Sr. (pictured above left) founded Precision Parts Company in his Haddonfield, New Jersey garage, starting with just a lathe and a drill press to make parts for local businesses. Through hard work and growing trust within the community, the company expanded steadily. By 1953, we opened a facility in Jeffersonville, Indiana, now known as pāco manufacturing®, A Precision Automation Company—allowing us to serve a broader market and meet the evolving needs of our customers.
In 1966, rapid growth led us to relocate to Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and by 1968, pāco manufacturing® acquired its current facility in Clarksville, Indiana. In 1972, we officially adopted the name Precision Automation® Company, Inc., marking a new era of innovation and service.
Fast forward to 2024, a pivotal year in our history, as we relocated from Cherry Hill to our new headquarters in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, while consolidating manufacturing operations in Indiana. These strategic moves position us for continued success as we look ahead to this anniversary year and beyond.
Updated Logo
To accompany our 80th anniversary, we have made an update to our existing logo (shown below). The addition of “Since 1946” is a small but significant modification as this enshrines our founding year within our long-established logo. This refreshed look not only honors our past but also reflects our commitment to growth and progress—setting the stage for what’s next as we continue shaping the future of automation.
