IMA Modular Labelers

IMA modular labelers are built for reliability, versatility, ease of use, and precise placement at high speed. These labeling machines ensure efficiency and precision, and benefit from a modular design, which make them an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

The SpeedMate Pro (pictured above), has a compact design with speeds up to 100 m/min (~4,000 in/min). Featuring a motorized unwind and rewind for precise web control, as well as an advanced touch screen interface, this applicator is perfect for high speed “wipe on” applications of pre-printed labels.

 

 

IMA Print & Apply

IMA Labeling offers a complete range of Print & Apply Label Applicators, satisfying any production demand, ensuring easy integration within the end-user’s production line.

The FlexiMate eLinear (pictured above) is one of many electric, or hybrid-electric, applicators that rewrite the rules of print & apply systems. Faster than pneumatic systems, its technology allows a complete and highly precise control of the applicator stroke with regards to speed, accelerations and positioning. Featuring optional automatic height measurement sensors, these machines offer a highly accurate solution for production lines with random flow of varying height product.

By utilizing a range of devices for label application, various label placement options (top, bottom, front, back, side, and corner) are available. The complete line of print & apply equipment includes:

Arca Label Applicators

Due to their robust structure and high-quality components, Arca Labelers are suitable for most industrial environments. Operating under a heavy workload, Arca’s Labeling Systems guarantee levels of performance and reliability.

A wide range of models (Easy, Evolution, Wind, and Flash) provide differing levels of capability and performance. Evolution, the label applicator pictured above, has a maximum linear operating speed of 50 m/min (~2000 in/min). It also accommodates numerous mechanical peelers and pneumatic tamp applicators. From decorative primary product labels to simple case labeling, these systems can be utilized in a variety of configurations.

Arca’s print & apply systems deliver reliable, high‑speed labeling of on‑demand variable data, combining robust industrial design with advanced connectivity for seamless integration into modern packaging and production lines. Beyond standard print & apply applications, these systems can be configured to utilize our partner Chicago Tag & Label’s patented Multiplex™ Label. Apply a shipping label, enclosed packing list, directions for use, promotional coupons, and pre-affixed return labels, all in one pass. While competitive multi-label solutions require multiple print & apply machines, this solution applies up to three labels with one machine!
